In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "555d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 555d platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://555d.bio.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service provided by 555d.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the 555d platform.
• "Platform" means the 555d website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services made available to Users.
• "Real Money Play" means any betting, wagering, or gaming activity conducted using actual PKR funds held in a User's 555d Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a User's Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which includes the submission and review of a User's CNIC and supporting documentation.

• You have not previously had a 555d account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

Each User is permitted to hold one account only. If 555d identifies that a User holds more than one account — including accounts registered under different names or contact details — all accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation. Funds held across duplicate accounts may be permanently forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555d account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 555d support immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. 555d will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to the report being received.

KYC Verification is required before 555d processes your first withdrawal request. The standard KYC documents required are:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555d platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials

• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a 555d account
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain

• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, self-exclusion, or account restriction imposed by 555d

555d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation involving suspected criminal activity conducted through the platform. Account data, transaction records, and communication logs may be disclosed to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder where legally required.

All content on the 555d platform — including but not limited to the 555d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data structures, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 555d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 555d platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 555d content without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any 555d software or game engine
• Use 555d branding, logos, or trademarks in any external publication, social media content, or third-party website without prior written authorisation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 555d platform for any purpose

555d shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or 555d had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss of any kind
• Loss or corruption of data arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party system issues
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, software updates, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from the User's reliance on inaccurate odds, data feed errors subsequently corrected, or market settlements subject to late revision by a governing body

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 555d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

555d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to satisfy KYC or enhanced due diligence requirements within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so
• A User's voluntary request to close their account

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, 555d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance held in the account where that balance is linked to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct. Where termination is not related to a breach — for example, in the case of voluntary closure or account inactivity — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following standard KYC checks.

A suspended account may be reinstated at 555d's sole discretion following satisfactory resolution of the matter that triggered the suspension.
